Several independent fashion shows are set to run alongside the official London Fashion Week SS27 schedule. According to a guide published by Dazed on September 15, 2026, these off-schedule presentations feature buzzy new designers promoting their work directly to followers.
Each season, some of the most exciting events operate on an IYKYK (if you know, you know) basis. This season is no different, with shows ranging from runway debuts to intimate studio visits.
Kai Ghattaura x Fin Forsyth
Central Saint Martins graduate Kai Ghattaura is hosting an off-schedule show with his partner, Fin Forsyth. The Telford-raised designer describes his work as "postmodern ragebait clothing." His references center on internet lore and the video games of his youth. Ghattaura teased the event by saying, "Come and play with us."
Ellen Poppy Hill
South London designer Ellen Poppy Hill will present her third collection, titled 'Sharpen Up Your Act!'. She draws inspiration from found objects, reading, and conversations. Hill only shows once a year, and her Instagram posts suggest this season's theme is inspired by pencil-shavings.
R&M Leathers
Cult leather label R&M Leathers is holding its debut runway show. Founded in 2018 by Ruby Mariani, the brand has gained a following among pop stars and It girls over eight years. The show, named 'MISS LEATHERS', is a collaboration with Pornhub and will be held in east London.
Layal Balubaid
London-based Saudi designer Layal Balubaid, known for comedy-inflected couture, is opening her studio during fashion week. A current MA student at Central Saint Martins, she invited visitors to see her pieces up close and try things on. Balubaid is a favorite of New York City's First Lady, Rama Duwaji.
George Trochopoulos
Greek designer George Trochopoulos, famous for a viral mussel-shell bolero worn by Solange and Tyla, is hosting an intimate off-schedule show in Fitzrovia. He counts SZA and Jorja Smith among his fans. Trochopoulos said, "The past few years I have been getting to know my girl. I hope this season I can give you a proper introduction to her."
**Lili Curia x DSM**
Footwear brand Lili Curia, founded last year, is taking over Dover Street Market for an intimate reading with model Tali Lennox. Known for coquettish, vintage-style shoes, the brand has been worn by celebrities including Suki Waterhouse. The event is pitched as a calm respite from the fashion week chaos.
**Sinead Gorey**
South London designer Sinead Gorey is transforming a former strip club into a 'presentation house party' in partnership with Ann Summers. The event will feature women modeling the collection amidst a party atmosphere. It is scheduled for Saturday.
